**Essential Duties & Responsibilities of the Position**:

- Assist with routine general maintenance repair tasks
- Respond to tenant repair calls in a timely manner
- Coordinate with vendors to execute deliverables on specific projects
- Create and update maintenance and project schedules
- Sources and prices vendors and replacement/repair items by following reasonable spending guidelines
- Perform related duties as required or assigned

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Must have minimum 2 years of relevant or related work experience - basic carpentry, electrical, general maintenance.
- Must be self-directed and team-oriented, with proficient organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have the ability to gather information, accurately assess issues, seek support and take direction as necessary
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly develop working relationships with a broad range of individuals, both internally and externally
- Must have basic computer skills
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must pass a Criminal Record Check
- Must be available for E-calls outside of business hours

**Salary**: $50,000.00 per year
