**Responsibilities & Accountabilities**

The
**Talent Acquisition Specialist **contributes to the success of the PepsiCo Beverages Canada team by executing staffing initiatives with the goal to increase PBC’s potential for success in all areas of attraction and selection in the Quebec market. This role will have dual reporting into both, the Talent Acquisition Manager (Salaried), and Talent Acquisition Manager (Frontline).

The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) will:

- Develop headhunting strategies to bring in the right talent, at the right time i.e., LinkedIn recruiter, Jobillico, and Indeed Resume Search.
- Develop partnerships with skilled-trade associations, to ensure a more robust pipeline for tough-to-fill roles.
- Provide ad-hoc counsel, and support for frontline hiring, if required.

**Qualifications** Who’s a good fit for the team**:

- Bachelor’s Degree Required, preferably in Human Resources or Business
- 2-4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or HR Generalist capacity
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS is a plus)
- Solid knowledge of hiring practices and employment legislation
- High proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong bias towards action
- Excellent interpersonal, organization and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage a variety of differing tasks
- Demonstrated team player, critical thinker, and willingness to learn and drive results
