Shift: Monday to Friday (5:00am -1:00pm

Position Summary:
To remove cases from a pallet and place each type of product into a series of totes. The totes are then

conveyed to the ASRS and stored.

Essential Functions:

- Palletize cases in stop order
- Verify and confirm total expected cases, case make up of each stop and completeness of palletized pallet
- Remove damaged cases from palletizing lane, flag “incomplete pallet” and redirect to Jackpot lanes for pallet completion
- Adhere to the mission, cornerstone values, and applicable practices of the organization.
- Follow all safe operating procedures and safety regulations as per the organization’s policies and procedures.
- Follow food safety requirements and good manufacturing practices as prescribed in the Gordon Food Service Food Safety

Policy and Program
- Other duties assigned as required.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

- Relevant experience is preferred
- Ability to work in a multi temporal facility with routine exposure at any given time:

- Grocery environment (Ambient)
- Cooler environment (1 - 2 degrees C).
- Freezer environment (-18 degrees C)
- Repetitive lifting, bending, squatting, and kneeling.
- Ability to work under pressure with a high attention to detail.
- Frequent exposure to moderate noise levels.
