Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Classroom Assistant to join our team. The Classroom Assistant will work closely with the lead teacher to provide support in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for children. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in early childhood education and passionate about making a difference in the lives of young learners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
- Support classroom management by maintaining a safe and organized environment
- Provide individualized attention and support to students as needed
- Assist with student supervision during indoor and outdoor activities
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess student progress and development
- Help prepare materials, resources, and equipment for classroom activities
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes learning and growth
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively educate and engage young children
- Experience working in a classroom or educational setting preferred
- Strong organizational skills to assist with classroom management
- Basic knowledge of math concepts for early childhood education

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in early childhood education preferred
- Previous experience working with children is highly desirable

Please note that all positions at our organization are paid, including internship positions.

**Job Type**: Apprenticeship

Pay: $16.05-$25.79 per hour
