About the Opportunity

You will be providing technical support to your colleagues across the organization. This means you will:
Receive, manage, and resolve technical issues submitted through our ticketing system.
Actively engage with end users to understand their technical issues and concerns, working towards providing solutions.
Always be willing to learn new technologies to support troubleshooting of new systems, or systems new to you.
Be comfortable in a team-oriented environment where you can engage other resources if additional expertise or experience is needed.
Engage with your fellow ICT team to advise of any trends or potential issues you have identified, to help solve issues before they start.

About You

In addition to placing high value on continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability, you bring:
College Diploma in Computer Information Systems or equivalent experience.
A Bachelor’s degree Computer Science or Information Systems would be a definite asset.
1-3 years experience in a multi-discipline, high paced role required.
Experience working in an Information Technology role would be considered a definite asset.
A clear, convincing, and collaborative approach to writing, speaking and relationship-building is required and impacts every level of the organization.
Dependable and deliver high quality, professional service with a positive attitude
Proven ability for attention to detail and consistently display a high level of initiative, effort and commitment towards completing assignments efficiently
Ability to work both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team to achieve desired results
