Listen here: Absorb Culture - Absorb LMS **What you’ll do**: - Act as a key advisor to the Sales and Marketing organizations and provide financial leadership and analytical support on financial projections, new business opportunities, and strategic investments - Own expense details for labor and non-labor forecasting, while providing guidance and support to leaders to empower their ability to scale the organization efficiently with the top-line growth of the business - Own commission administration and reporting while working closely with Sales leadership to develop, test, review and report on statements and summarize payouts for the payroll team - Understand and refine pipeline reporting to support revenue forecasting. - Track and deeply understand the financial results, surface potential opportunities and risks related to how it may influence our ability to hit targets - Partner with the accounting team to streamline flow of financial data and processes to have consistent and predictable forecast to actual results - Identify opportunities to leverage technology to solve business problems, partnering with internal technical teams **What you’ll bring**: - 3-4 years of experience in FP&A, revenue operations, management consulting, investment analysis, accounting and/or strategic planning; SaaS experience preferred - Financial modeling: High proficiency with Excel, ability to build thoughtful, simple or complex, and auditable financial models - Experience in business partnering and/or supporting Sales and Marketing functions: both is a plus - Tools & Systems: Proficiency with Enterprise Financial Planning Tools & Systems: experience or familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce, Planful, Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of employees and present to senior executives - Capable of working in a remote centric, dynamic, fast-changing, and sometimes ambiguous environment - Degree/Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or similar field **Are you ready to become an Absorber?** **What we offer**: - Fully remote-first work with flexible work arrangements - Comprehensive Health and Wellness Benefits including retirement savings programs, eligibility for two different bonus plans, generous time off, comprehensive medical and dental benefits based on your country of location - New Hire Equipment Allowance and monthly Flex Allowance to support your success - Endless opportunity for career growth and internal mobility - Employee driven DE&I programs - Games room, meditation & yoga space, state of the art workplace for Absorbers in our Calgary office **Who are we?** Absorb Software is a remote-first company that provides online training solutions to leading organizations around the world.
