**Job description**

Permanent openings exist for Red Seal Carpenter at the Port Alberni mill.

This is a bargaining unit position; hourly rate of pay will be per the 2021-2025 UNIFOR Local 592 Labor Agreement.

We offer a consistent work schedule and competitive pay and benefits.

Applicants should be efficient and safety-minded, with commercial construction experience and access to reliable transportation.

Additionally, he or she should be familiar with construction industry standards and procedures to ensure project security.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lift heavy loads up to 50lbs.
