**What you will do?**
- Establish a strong security presence to deter crime and theft.
- Document theft and other security violations.
- Patrol the premises, provide access control and respond to emergency. situations in an appropriate and timely manner.
- Perform safety and security duties with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Complete incident reports and required documentation for all security incidents.
- Identify potential security risks and respond accordingly.
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients, customers and patrons.
- Respond to emergencies and escalate to law enforcement agencies as required.
- A Valid Security License is required.
- Possess keen interest in asset protection and crime prevention.
- Experience with arrests and detaining shoplifting.
- Previous security experience in a retail environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to attend meetings and improve skills.
- Willingness to patrol and stand for the duration of the entire shift.
- Ability to work independently without close supervision.
