Tactical Mobile Security GuardWe are looking for experienced Security Officers to join our Tactical Mobile team  In this role, you will conduct emergency responses to alarms, report security breaches and property damage, and direct unauthorized individuals to leave the premises. You will be driving a Paladin vehicle and conduct foot patrols inside and outside of facilities, up and down stairs, and over uneven surfaces and terrains.Your pay rate will start at $32/hr and increase to $37/hr after probation, and you will be working 12-hour shifts on a rotational basis.What We OfferCompetitive wagesUniforms provided at no costDevelopment and training through Paladin’s Learning Management SystemExclusive discounts with company partnersSupportive management and 24/7 operations supportOpportunities for advancement within the companyResponsibilitiesConduct regular patrols and surveillance of client facilities; provide access control as neededRespond to alarms, accident calls, and emergencies at client facilities within designated time framesEscalate and report issues to the Security Command Centre in a timely mannerDispatch and work with first responders (police/fire/ambulance)Write detailed incident reports for security incidents that occur during shiftBuild rapport with surrounding businesses to heighten the level of securityUse discretion when handling confidential informationHandle all incidents in a professional and calm demeanorOther duties as required to meet operational demandsRequirementsMinimum of 1 year of work experience in the security industryAdvanced Security Training (AST)Valid Intermediate First Aid Training (Occupational First Aid Level 2)Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License and a clean driving abstractIntermediate computer skillsAvailability to work days and nights, 12-hour shifts on a 4-day rotationExcellent customer service, professionalism, and communicationMust be legally authorized to work in CanadaMust be able to commit to a minimum of 1 year
