**About the Opportunity**:
This role involves providing a high quality of legal administrative support to three lawyers within our Municipal Practice Group.

Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to; registration of Municipal documents (subdivision agreements, site plan agreements, bylaws, etc.)

Using knowledge of the Teraview system to obtain and review pins, providing notices of prehearing conference, billing and reporting, electronic file management, scheduling within lawyers’ calendars, liaison with clients and Municipal representatives and opposing counsel, and performing various other clerk and administrative related tasks. NetDocuments & Soluno experience, considered an asset.

**About You**:
You are a team player who can contribute positively to a supportive environment but also excel and maintain focus while working independently. You have excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, the ability to prioritize, and multitask, all of which will assist you in working in this fast-paced environment. You are also not afraid to ask questions when you need guidance.

Prior Corporate or Real Estate experience is considered an asset.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are an asset for dealing effectively with clients, lawyers and professionals in the interests of our clients.

- Secondary School (preferred)
