**Job Overview**
As a Service Advisor at our dealership, you will be the primary point of contact for customers requiring automotive repair or maintenance services. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and facilitating smooth service operations.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers and assess their service needs
- Provide recommendations on necessary repairs and maintenance based on customer inquiries and vehicle inspections
- Schedule service appointments and communicate timelines to customers
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of work
- Explain repair estimates, invoices, and services performed to customers
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional services or products
- Collaborate with mechanics to relay customer concerns and ensure effective communication

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a dealership or automotive repair setting
- Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and terminology
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Ability to upsell services and products effectively
- Sales experience is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge to comprehend and explain repair recommendations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
