Customer Service Advisor

At Jiffy Lube New Westminster, we pride ourselves on delivering fast, reliable, and warranty-approved automotive services that keep our customers’ vehicles running smoothly. We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Customer Service Advisor to join our team and lead by example while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
**Responsibilities**:
Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring a positive first impression
Discuss automotive services and explain recommended maintenance to customers clearly and accurately
Work closely with the service team to ensure efficient and timely service delivery
Act as a team leader by fostering collaboration and maintaining a positive work environment
Assist with basic vehicle maintenance tasks as required (e.g., checking fluids, tires, and filters)
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service follow-ups to ensure satisfaction
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
**Requirements**:
2+ years of automotive experience (hands-on knowledge of cars and basic maintenance)
2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
Passion for providing top-notch customer experiences and growing within the automotive industry
How to Apply:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
**Experience**:
- service advisor: 2 years (preferred)
- Automotive repair: 2 years (preferred)
