**The Role**:
**Your Day-to-Day**:

- **Support Our Business**: Respond to business challenges, and adopt, configure, debug or develop solutions to minimize impact to our business.
- **Collaborate**: Partner with business stakeholders & team to identify problem areas and be proactive in resolving and correcting these issues.

Qualifications Required:

- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Programming/Analyst, Software Engineering or related field
- Proficiency with SQL, Power BI, ASP.NET, is desired
- Knowledge of Microsoft systems including Dynamics CRM, Dynamics NAV 2016 is an asset
- Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM is an asset
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Has past programming skills, leveraged AI with a passion for improving/automating internal processes.
