This is a predominantly in-office role, based in BWB's new office space at 1801 Hollis Street in **Halifax, NS**. **The Opportunity**: An integral part of BWB's team, the firm's Legal Assistants provide support to our lawyers and their practices by way of completing a variety of general and legal administrative tasks, always ensuring client expectations are not only met, but exceeded. - Drafting various types of legal documents and correspondence; - Tasks related to physical and electronic file management; - Assisting with time entries and billing; - Assisting with the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and overall calendar management for assigned lawyers; - General administrative duties including handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, printing, scanning & binding documents, and occassional reception support; and, - Other related duties as assigned.
