**Shipper/Receiver**

Pipetech Corporation is involved with the design, manufacture and distribution of pipeline equipment. It is the responsibility of the Shipper/Receiver to ensure all incoming product and parts are received, then organized and outgoing shipments are delivered to customers correctly in a safe and organized fashion.

**Receiving**
- Inspecting and verifying incoming goods against purchase orders or other documents
- Assistance with the unloading of goods from incoming carrier
- Unpacking goods received
- Recording shortages and rejecting damaged goods
- Allocating incoming product to immediate production or inventory according to the daily output agreed to with Operations.
- Routing goods to appropriate storage areas

**Inventory**
- Shelving inventoried products in a timely manner
- Organize inventory in a coherent manner
- Maintain the overall order and cleanliness of the warehouse being aware of safe work environments and safe work habits
- Responsible for executing scheduled inventory counts and assisting in the reconciliation of the physical count with the inventory synopsis

**Shipping**
- Administer the shipping process including:

- Packaging product appropriately
- Ensuring each package correctly reflects the requirement of the work order
- Prepare bills of lading and other shipping documents according to the requirements of the work order
- Liaise with all applicable freight companies to ensure timely delivery of product
- Emergency shipping provisions are required from time to time. It is essential to remember we are a customer-driven organization and these requests must be accommodated.

**Administration**
- Maintain internal record-keeping system
- Assist the production team as required to ensure customer requests are met
- Maintenance of individual safety certifications including but not limited to Fork Life and WHIMIS to be always compliant. Work with management to ensure re-certifications are properly scheduled.
- Maintain a commitment to workplace safety at all times.
- Willingness to work as part of the Pipetech team

Ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by management

Pay: From $42,000.00 per year
