Cambridge, Canada ATR Maintenance Services Full time

**Job description**:
Our growing company is looking for reliable, experienced cleaner to clean an apartment building in Cambridge for 40 hours per week. There is a mix of light and medium duty cleaning tasks. The position may occasionally require taking requests from front desk personnel should urgent maintenance issues arise. We are looking for an emphasis reliability and attention to detail. We are looking for someone who carries themselves in a professional manner and works well within a team. Applicants must be available Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm.

**Job requirements**:

- Disconnecting bins from the compactor and attaching new bins.
- Unclogging / troubleshooting garbage chutes or compactors as needed.
- Picking up litter around the grounds.
- Filling softener salt brine tanks.
- The position also requires that any issues we observe such as leaks, security issues, etc. be communicated to management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling keys and FOB’s
- Working in a safe manner
- Reporting any unsafe conditions
- Use personal protective equipment as required
- Executing elevator move bookings
- Monitoring levels of supplies

**Working conditions**:
Applicants must be available to work Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm.

**Skills**:

- Attention to detail
- Experience cleaning windows, bathrooms, elevators (stainless steel)
- Ability to switch around garbage compactor bins in garbage room
- Ability to send messages and pictures via cell phone
- Ability to lift 44 lbs (filling softener salt tanks) an asset
- Managing their time effectively
- Strong work ethic
- Able to follow schedules and checklists

**Salary**:
$18.50/hour to start

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
