**Job Description**Light Duty Cleaner Position available in Cambridge on Industrial St. Several positions available for cleaning Monday to Friday in

an Office/ Plant/ Warehouse setting. Start time after 4:30 and 2.25 hours per night. Wage $16.50 to start. Looking for serious long term applicants.The following is a list of the essential duties and responsibilities of this job. The tasks and the time spent performing each task may vary as business needs require. ServiceMaster Clean maintains the right to modify job duties and responsibilities at its discretion.
- General dusting, vacuuming, mopping
- Operation a walk behind auto scrubber
- Cleaning of washrooms, refilling dispensers
- Emptying garbage and recycling
- Wet cleaning horizontal surfaces
- Spot Cleaning of walls and glass
- Sanitizing touchpoints
- Establish positive rapport with clients when possible
- Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client
- Conduct all work in accordance with company safety and other workplace policies

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Communicate in English both written and verbally
- Strong attention to detail
- Be physically capable of lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Have a criminal record check
- Previous cleaning experience in a commercial setting is beneficial

**WORKING CONDITIONS**There is a low risk of exposure to adverse working conditions. However, at this time with the COVID 19 Pandemic extra cleaning precautions are taken and required.
