We are looking for a **Business Performance Analyst **to join our team. Reporting to the VP of Partnerships and Business Performance, the **Business Performance Analyst **will provide pivotal support to our client services team on their operational plans and Ad Hoc Projects, usually involving operational improvement initiatives.

This is a permanent position based out of our head office in Mississauga.

**What you'll be doing**:

- You will provide operational commentary to business units regarding results against operational plans
- Support the development of operational performance understanding across business units; including what drives revenue, drives COGs, and works with the financial information to augment operational information
- Support the framework and processes regarding monthly and quarterly reporting and planning/forecasting cycle
- Improve and develop documentation of key performance management deliverables and processes
- Centralize performance management capabilities with robust data mining and standardize geographic performance management reporting capabilities
- Support development of business proposals or cases for new ventures on an ad-hoc basis

**Skills needed for success**:

- Experience in health services and home and community support services
- You have experience with analyzing operational data and supporting operational improvement projects.
- Juggling, coordinating multiple projects and problem solving is second nature to you
- Impeccable communication skills which include interacting with people across all levels, internally and externally. Comfortable writing reports
- Tech Savvy, comfortable using a variety of tech tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), BI
