**Job Title: Business Analyst, Strategy and Performance Management**
**Location**: Hybrid and located in Houston, TX USA (Greater Houston Area) or hybrid located in Mississauga, ON (GTA + Hamilton Area)

**Job Summary**:
The Business Analyst of Strategy and Performance Management will report directly to the Manager of Strategy and Performance Management. You will assist the manager to develop and implement global operations strategies, policies, processes, and procedures to improve overall operational performance in alignment of company strategy and associated strategic objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Using data modelling techniques to identify operations efficiencies
- Perform in-depth quantitative analysis leading to actionable recommendations to the leadership team
- Abilities to explore different solutions, their risks, benefits, and impacts
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
- Create documents to outline the proposed changes and the steps involved
- Assist the manager to formulate ways to improve business processes based on research results
- Reviews existing business process outsourcing strategies and proposes changes/new strategies to gain efficiencies, increase quality, and reduce costs in all facets of the outsourcing process.
- Help the manager to develop business process outsourcing area to optimize profitability and internal stakeholder satisfaction as well as meet corporate objectives and goals.
- Help the manager to propose solutions to improve business processes for our India BPO center to be the “Best of the Best” operations inside and outside of JE and leverage to improve operations efficiencies
- Assisting the manager in the implementation of approved process improvements or new technology
- Contributing to training and support for people affected by new systems and processes
- Comfortable to present projects to executive (CEO, COO, SVP, etc.)
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Confidence working with complex data and systems
- Self-starter with the ability to take a project and think through the possibilities and details to create a strategy for analysis and resolution with little directions
- Able to demonstrate negotiation skills in standard as well as complex environments/situations.
- Proficient knowledge of process management.
- Attention to detail and accuracy and commitment to meet deadlines
- An interest in, and understanding of, project management techniques
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills (verbal and written), and presentation skills.

**Years of Experience**:

- 2+ years’ experience in a business analysis or similar technical role
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Operations, Mathematics, or related technical/STEM field.
- Advance degree is a plus

**Technology Requirements**:

- Highly Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel - pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, VBA, etc.
- Proficient in relational databases SQL, phyton is a plus
