Reporting to the Director of Integrated Marketing, you will play a critical part in our growth strategy by joining our Marketing & Promotions team as a Brand Marketing Specialist. You will have the opportunity to contribute to various marketing programs and initiatives, significantly impacting our brand's success. From website management and digital marketing to social media engagement, event planning and branch-specific programs, you will gain valuable experience across multiple areas. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn new approaches including B2B marketing strategies relevant to our market space.

- **What you’ll do**:_
- Assist the marketing team in developing, deploying, monitoring, and reporting on marketing initiatives and campaigns, including digital marketing.
- Maintain consistent messaging across all channels to elevate our brand.
- Support website management, including content creation and deployment.
- Collaborate with division leaders to develop marketing and communication strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Assist in marketing operations, including work back schedules, communications, and logistics.
- Manage marketing initiatives related to promotions, giveaways, and overall brand management.
- Ensure budgets and forecasts are up to date.
- Provide support for other marketing initiatives as needed.

- Post-secondary education in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter who can independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create insightful reports.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
