This position supports the packaging and delivery of specialty medications and clinical supplies to clinics, doctors and patients as well as billing both private and public insurance plans.

**GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:

- Preparing and packing orders for deliveries using cold chain management
- Submit orders to the compounding pharmacy in an accurate and timely fashion
- Use inventory software to track stock and place orders
- Bill patients to their drug plans accordingly
- Coordinating insurance coverage for patients with the appropriate Compassionate Programs
- Contacting patients by phone for payments & appointment reminders
- Lotting and dating hardcopy scripts
- Scanning scripts into Kroll

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience with Kroll Computer Systems
- Experience working in a pharmacy setting is an asset
- Experience with medication handling and logistics is preferred
- A positive and hardworking attitude, with a willingness to learn
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills

**EDUCATION**:

- Completion of high school
- Post-secondary education an asset

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:

- Office and warehouse setting
- light lifting (up to 15 lbs.)
