Job Title**:Grounds Keeper - Summer Term**
Reports To: Property Manager
**Job Summary**:
The summer grounds keeper position will include general grounds keeping maintenance for
both Grant Memorial Church and Linden Christian School. The position requires good
communication skills, willingness to learn and listen, to be friendly and professional in all
areas, and have problem solving skills. The position also requires the ability to lift 30 lbs. and
the ability to work independently as well as on a team. This position will be during the week
working hours.
**Time Requirements**:
.5 hours per week. Flexibility with hours of work is required for week days.
**Responsibilities**:
- Picking up trash
- Mowing the lawn
- Trimming the lawn
- Digging up flower beds
- Sweeping up around the sidewalks and walkways
- Digging up weeds
- Washing of side windows
- Assist in custodial duties on rainy days and as requested
