**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and check in patients
- Confirm, reschedule, and follow up on appointments
- Complete and organize patient files; ensure pre-tests are performed
- Maintain cleanliness of all front areas, mirrors, and eyewear displays
- Answer incoming calls and manage messages professionally
- Prioritize scheduled patients and maintain smooth daily clinic flow
- Perform administrative follow-ups and manage customer service tasks
- Ensure frames are clean, organized, and damage-free
- Lead the customer service experience and assist optometrists as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
