We’re looking for a **Sales Advisor** to join our team. If you're driven, adaptable, and passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

**The Drive Ahead**
- Welcome customers and guide them through the buying process with professionalism and care
- Build lasting relationships with clients, from their first visit to long after the sale
- Present vehicle options clearly, including features, pricing, and financing
- Follow up with leads and existing customers using CRM tools
- Work collaboratively across departments to deliver seamless service
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction targets

**Performance Essentials**
- Experience in sales or customer service (automotive is an asset, but not required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
