Account Coordinator, Brand Partnerships

Reporting to the Account Manager, Brand Partnerships, the Account Coordinator plays a key role in the execution of marketing plans with major outdoors and urban industry partners like The North Face, Patagonia, Smartwool and more. This position requires an individual who is positive, detail-oriented with an analytical spirit. The Account Coordinator will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute ambitious projects within the outdoor industry.
**What you will do**:
- Develop and sell personalized marketing plans for Tier 3 partners in due time.
- Develop a good relationship with vendors including the marketplace.
- Collaborate with key internal departments such as the Buying team and Studio & Content team in order to execute well paid marketing initiatives with delivery and assets.
- Create internal briefs & follow up with marketing channel leaders to make sure all paid initiatives are deployed.
- Collaborate with the account managers to create marketing campaign reports.
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of different brands and seasonal trends
- Support two Account Managers
**Education & Experience**
- 1-3 Years of experience in digital media, sales or retail
- Bachelor degree in communication, marketing or related field
**What you need to have**:
- Excellent communication skills in English and French, both oral and written
- Excellent sense of organization and attention to details
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Presentation skills
- An interest in the outdoors, and/or fashion trends (an asset)
- Experience with Google Analytics and/or Asana (an asset)

Relevant du gestionnaire de comptes, partenariats de marque, le coordonnateur de comptes joue un rôle clé dans l’exécution des plans marketing dédiés avec de partenaires majeures de l’industrie du plein air tels que The North Face, Patagonia et Smartwool. Ce poste requiert une personne positive, soucieuse du détail et dotée d'un esprit d'analyse. Le coordonnateur de compte collabore avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour exécuter des projets ambitieux au sein de l'industrie du plein air.
**Ce que tu feras**
- Développer et vendre des plans de marketing personnalisés pour les marques partenaires de niveau 3 en temps voulu.
- Développer une bonne relation avec les fournisseurs, y compris ceux de la Place de Marchée.
- Collaborer avec les départements internes clés tels que l'équipe des Achats et l'équipe Studio & Contenu afin d'exécuter les initiatives marketing en tenant compte de la réception des produits et du contenu disponible.
- Créer des briefs internes et effectuer un suivi avec les responsables des canaux marketing pour s’assurer que toutes les initiatives payantes soient déployées.
- Collaborer avec les gestionnaires de comptes pour créer des rapports de campagne marketing.
- Tenir à jour ses connaissances sur les différentes marques et les tendances saisonnières
- Soutenir deux gestionnaires de compte
**Expérience d'éducation**
- 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans les médias numériques, la vente ou le retail
- Baccalauréat en communication, marketing ou domaine connexe
**Compétences et capacités**
- Excellentes compétences en communication en anglais et en français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
- Excellent sens de l'organisation et souci du détail
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément dans des délais serrés
- Intrapreneuriat et capacité à être autonome
- Un intérêt pour le plein air et/ou les tendances de la mode (un atout)
- Expérience avec Google Analytics et Asana (un atout)
