**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
- Create and implement educational programs that align with early childhood education standards.
- Provide care for children by ensuring their safety, health, and well-being at all times.
- Assist children with daily routines such as meals, hygiene, and nap times.
- Foster a positive environment that encourages social interaction and teamwork among children.
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom or play area conducive to learning.
- Adapt activities to meet the needs of children with disabilities or special requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in caregiving or working with children in a classroom setting.
- Background in early childhood education is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff.
- Ability to educate and inspire children through engaging activities.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young learners.
- Knowledge of best practices for child safety and development.
- Flexibility to adapt to the varying needs of children throughout the day.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
