Client Success Manager

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Manage client onboarding processes and provide training on our products and services.
- Analyze client usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand market trends and client needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
- Utilize Salesforce for account management and customer relationship management tasks.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels and gather feedback.
- Prepare reports on client engagement metrics and present findings to internal teams for continuous improvement.
**Skills**
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing client accounts.
- Familiarity with SaaS products and the financial services industry is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Proven experience in account management or customer service roles, demonstrating a commitment to client success.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
