**The Opportunity**

The QC Production Worker will be an assistant to the Internal Quality Control Manager.

They will work with the IQC team to ensure all manufactured parts are packaged and sent out for treating and other services, and received in a timely and accurate manner, with little to no damage during this process. They will be required to sort and properly stock and store all inventory, and in the future, be trained and required to do some QC work of mechanical parts. They will also provide relief for the delivery driver and assembler on the team, so a class 5 drivers license is required and flexibility. Other duties as assigned will be delegated by the IQC Manager.

**Responsibilities**
- Package all manufactured parts into boxes to be sent out for external services.
- Ability to receive and unpack sensitive and delicate items with little to no damage.
- Ability to organize and effectively stock shelves - general warehouse experience.
- Willing to learn quality control of manufactured mechanical parts
- Provide relief for the delivery driver on an as needed basis
- Provide relief for the department assembler.
- Provide relief for the department manager on assign duties.
- All other duties as assigned by the department manager.

**The Qualifications**
- 1-3 years’ experience in a warehouse or production setting is considered as asset.
- Previous knowledge of ERP and inventory control processes is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of inventory management processes and best practices is an asset.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and still get it right.
- Mechanical Aptitude considered an asset.
- Ability to life 50+ Lbs.
- Can-do attitude to take on responsibilities with passion.
