**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**
- ** Build and maintain positive, respectful relationships with clients on behalf of the organization.**:

- ** Address and resolve client issues or concerns, ensuring timely follow-up during scheduled visits.**:

- ** Create and manage staff schedules in alignment with Collective Agreements and employment legislation to meet client needs and ensure coverage for all shifts. Assess requirements for staff replacement or redeployment as needed.**:

- ** Analyze and monitor client schedules to identify opportunities for efficiency and to meet daily service hour targets.**:

- ** Continuously assess service quality and provide recommendations for improvements to the Manager.**:

- ** Collaborate with the Care Team Lead to manage and approve staff scheduling requests, including shift availability, exchanges, and cancellations such as sick calls.**:

- ** Ensure all employee and client documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained in a timely manner.**:

- ** Respond promptly to employee accidents, ensuring compliance with organizational policies to promote staff safety. Escalate concerns to the Care Team Lead or Manager as necessary.**:

- ** Handle critical incidents promptly and escalate to the Care Team Lead when required.**:

- ** Identify and mitigate risks associated with client services.**:

- ** Protect the privacy and confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with organizational policies and PHIPA regulations.**

**SPECIAL CONDITIONS**
- ** A Criminal Record Check and credential verification, where applicable, will be required.**:

- ** Availability for day, evening, and alternating weekend shifts is necessary. Occasional holiday shifts may also be required.**

**WORK ENVIRONMENT**
- ** Equipment Used: Office phones, computers, laptops, printers, photocopiers, cellphones, and other standard office equipment.
