Job responsibility:

- In assist to plan a cruise vacation for client from itinerary selection, booking procedure to post cruise vacation service
- Advising clients on suitable options of cruise vacation destination and options.
- Maintain regular office manner and greet retail clients
- Present company tour, cruise and product in detail to generate booking.
- General office operation and assist
- Providing up to date advice on travel regulations including visa and medical requirements, baggage limits, safety and local customs.
- Modifying existing bookings to suit a change in clients’ circumstances.
- Researching destinations and keeping up to date with travel industry news.

Qualification:

- Sales and customer service focused;
- Experience in planning travel is an asset, but will train
- Ability to influence using proficient sales and prospecting techniques while building friendly and positive relationships;
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task;
- Fluency in **English**, **Cantonese **and **Mandarin **is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-Time.

**Salary**: $38,000.00-$58,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Freelance, Home Base Agent are welcome to join.
- High commission pay.
- No host fee
