- Assist the business clients on product training of the PressReader app, PressReader web‐based platform, PressReader for Business portal (PressReader Analytics, Self‐Publishing tool) and access methods for passengers and staff
- Manage day‐to‐day responsibilities including monitoring and reporting on product usage.
- Advocate for clients’ needs and point of view internally, and act as the central knowledge base about such clients with Senior Leadership, Sales, Marketing and Product teams
- Act as a resource and consultant for best practices internally and towards the client as it relates to the account management process
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing a healthy sales pipeline in the airport lounges business
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the airport lounges client base and ensures the product strong presence in commercial aviation
- Coordinate RFP responses and pitches to potential new clients
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on‐time, within scope and within budget
- Ensure proper invoicing of business client accounts on a regular basis; you will support the collections process
- Prepare for and represent PressReader at trade events, including conferences, expos and meetings with partners, as assigned.
You are a great fit if you have:
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development and B2B Sales
- 2+ years of experience in Project Management
- Experience in managing multiple projects with exceptional attention to detail, time and process management, and strong organizational skills
- Excellent business development and customer service skills, dedicated to drive growth and revenue
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
- High competency in managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of commercial terms and legal agreements, and experience in effectively managing the invoicing and collections process
- A highly collaborative mindset and you are able to work independently with a lot of autonomy
- An inquisitive and tech savvy mind; you enjoy working with new tools and optimizing them.
- A can-do attitude; you enjoy learning and take pride in delivering quality of work
- A great sense of humor
Bonus points if you:
- Have worked in the commercial aviation (commercial airlines, airports, lounge operators) or hospitality industries
