Budget T-shirt is a clothing warehouse that imports and exports clothing between China and Canada. Some of our clients are local souvenir stores, American Apparel and schools. We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to provide marketing plans/proposals to increase our client base.

**Requirements**:

- Maintain vendors’ relationship
- Prepare weekly inventory order
- Co-ordinate with customer service and warehouse to ensure orders go out smoothly
- Backup Customer Service positions as needed
- Organize and prepare invoice statements for accounting department
- Obtain payment approval from the manager before sending out all the payments via Ding talk
- Issue credit memo for customer orders which have problems (short shipped, defective products) and investigate the corresponding issues
- Involving and delegating to any company’s new projects, for example: inventory management system
- Oversee office daily operation in a highly ethical manner and in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Check stock availability by weekly
- Working on price comparison and update the price for products
- Maintain inventory balance
- Update sales price when necessary
- Upload new products and remove discontinued items
- Make necessary adjustment as needed
- Review items that on backorder and prepare new purchase orders for incoming shipments
- Contact and inform vendors for the new POs
- Enter new POs and related items in FDM4
- Work with warehouse manager to co-ordinate periodic physical counts with continuous improvement
- Invoice orders, and print shipping labels for the shipments
- Arrange carriers for picking up the shipments
- Responsible for department’s operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the organization’s vision
- Reporting results to the higher management, including inventory value, turnover rate etc.
- Use division targets to set stretch goals an ensure budgets are met

Minimum Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in operational management
- An ability to take on a variety of projects and see-through completion
- A strong work ethic, motivated, flexible, and enthusiastic
- Responsible for training, onboarding, and guiding new staff members
- Work closely with the President on special planning and departmental projects
- Play a significant role in long-term planning and implementing new processes
- Work closely with the senior leadership team ensuring all operational, sales, administrative and financial functions are being executed at a high level

Salary Based: from 3500

Bonus: based on sales

Pay: $3,500.00 per month
