**Inside Sales Representative**

Kerr Controls Ltd. (Kerr) is a leading distributor of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration Equipment, and Supplies. We have an immediate opening for a dynamic, dedicated and highly motivated Inside Sales Representative working from our Halifax, NS location.

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team, where you'll leverage your computer skills and attention to detail in order entry, paperwork completion, and customer follow-up. You'll help our customers succeed while maintaining safe and efficient work practices.

**What you bring to the team**:

- Must possess intermediate computer skills
- Must demonstrate meticulous attention to detail for order entry
- Ensure accurate and thorough completion of all paperwork
- Adhere to safe and efficient work practices
- Maintain diligent follow-up on tasks and customer needs
- Exhibit a strong passion for helping customers succeed in their businesses
- HVAC product knowledge is not a required but is considered and asset
- Previous experience in customer service and/or counter sales
- Willingness to participate in both technical and professional training
- Flexibility to assist warehouse staff periodically is considered an asset
- Must maintain an exceptionally positive and enthusiastic attitude
