Join us as a Store Manager and unleash your entrepreneurial spirit. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for driving top-line sales growth and creating a highly engaging and interactive in-store customer experience. Your visionary leadership will inspire and motivate your team, while your district manager collaborates with you to support your store's unique vision during monthly visits.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Rocking personal sales: You'll lead by example, setting the bar high for outstanding personal sales.

2. Building a dream team: You'll recruit and train sales associates who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

3. Elevating the customer experience: Create a strong customer service environment where every interaction leaves a lasting impression.

4. Operational excellence: Execute merchandising, standardize all operational procedures including payroll, tasks, inventory management, and cash balancing.

**Requirements**:
1. Store Management experience: Bring your 2+ years of experience in retail management to lead our store to success.

2. Exceptional communication: Strong command of written and spoken English to effectively connect with customers and team members.

3. Analytical prowess: Utilize your strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and optimize store performance.

4. Time management expertise: Juggle multiple priorities and deadlines with finesse.

5. Flexibility: Be available to work evenings and weekends, ensuring our customers have the best experience whenever they visit.

**Salary**: $17.00-$24.00 per hour

- Weekends as needed

- Retail sales: 2 years (required)
