IT Support:
IT Support is expected to display good interpersonal skills as they will interact with colleagues from various departments and executive levels. They are required to maintain administrative platforms, quickly analyze any issues that may arise and implement solutions accordingly.

IT Support Responsibilities:

- Installing and configuring basic hardware and software components to ensure usability.
- Manage current network uptime and connectivity of business locations.
- Troubleshooting network, hardware and software issues.
- Ensuring ITIL standards are met.
- Field visits for repairing or replacing damaged hardware.
- Providing Windows/Mac user support and being the first point of contact for incident reporting.
- Manage IT assets and relevant technical documentation.
- Maintain internal ticketing system and process IT helpdesk portal requests.

IT Support Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years experience in computer networking and systems administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in ITSM and IT helpdesk tools.
