Responsible for a broad range as Applications Specialist activities, such as but not limited to.

**Identifying Service Requirements**

**Performing Installation**

by installing or overseeing the installation of tooling according to manufacturer's specifications; by instructing customers on operation of tooling; by testing and monitoring products to ensure customer satisfaction; and by using standard test instruments and hand tools.

**Creating Documentation**

by creating reports, including monthly reports, technical reports, travel reports, customer contact sheets, and logs; by advising Management regarding customer satisfaction, product performance, and suggestions for product improvements; and by creating any other documentation as needed or requested by Management to justify the cost of completed tool testing.

**Coordinating Future Servicing**

by consulting with Engineering personnel to resolve unusual problems in system operation and maintenance; and by advising Staff in product maintenance to obtain optimum operating performance.

**Qualifications**
- Language Skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and/or government regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of Managers, Staff, customers, and the general public
- Mathematical Skills
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
- Reasoning Skills
- Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Other Skills
- Must have the ability to review, assess and understand technical documents, drawings and other documents and engage in discussions internally and with customers, and/or carry out repairs and/or modifications

**Education**
- Associate's degree from a two-year college, vocational, or technical school
- Three to five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience/training as determined by the Manager

**Salary**: $45,390.00-$100,378.00 per year
