We're looking for an Automation Applications Specialist with a strong foundation in controls and industrial automation to help our customers bring innovative production systems to life. In this role, you'll be the bridge between our Automation Teams and our customers - translating complex manufacturing challenges into smart, efficient automation solutions.

**Responsibilities**
- Act as the primary technical expert for automation solution design, development, and implementation.
- Analyze customer requirements, production processes, and system needs to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Prepare detailed quotations and proposals, including solution concepts, component selection, labour estimates, ROI calculations, and cycle time analysis.
- Collaborate closely with sales and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Provide post-development support, troubleshooting, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Automation, Controls, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of PLC programming, robotics, motion control, and manufacturing systems.
- Skilled at analyzing processes and developing scalable, efficient automation strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - able to translate technical details for both engineers and operators.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities independently.

Pay: $85,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
