Construction Site Coordinator/manager

**Important Note: A requirement for this position is that you MUST have at least 1-2+ year of onsite experience & be located in the Calgary area currently.**_
- **You must also have at least 1-2 years of site experience IN ALBERTA.**_

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicating with construction trades onsite and suppliers to schedule the delivery/installation of materials and labor
- Oversee construction onsite daily from staking/excavation to final possession.
- Coordinate, supervise and effective management the various trade partners and contractors on site, to achieve project completion ahead of schedule.
- Ensure projects are in accordance to contract, code and built to applicable specifications and scope of work.
- Ensure projects are on time and within budget and adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance of all health and safety requirements.

**Job Qualifications**
- 1-2+ years of proven Construction Site experience or similar in the new single family home or multi family sector
- Solid knowledge of construction site operations and excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, and effective Microsoft office & computer IT skills mandatory
- Self motivated and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills
- Well organized, detail oriented and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Must provide a clean driver’s abstract
