**EXPERIENCED MANAGER NEEDED IN VANCOUVER**

We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic Manager/Team Lead for a fun, youth
- focused holiday pop-up kiosk which will live inside shopping malls for 5x weeks.
Applicants should be outgoing, confident leaders who are team players, can handle multiple tasks and enjoy interacting with the public.

Dates/Times:

- Training - late October
- Days in market - 35x days November 7th - December 11th
- Hours - full holiday mall hours

Job Role:

- Become a brand and product expert
- Manage staff on-site
- Handle metrics and reporting
- Facilitate set-up and teardown

Qualifications:

- Organized and reliable
- Experience managing teams
- Customer service experience preferrably in a retail environment
- Work experience with youth considered an asset
- Legally permitted to work in Canada

Rate:

- $25-$35/hr - rates are dependent on previous customer service experience

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: One location
