**Voyago is hiring a Fleet Administrator in London, Ontario**

**Your Role**

Reporting to the Manager, the Administrator, Fleet Services is responsible for completing various paperwork pertaining to work orders, and other tasks as assigned.

**Primary Responsibilities**

1. Administration
- Enters vendor invoices into MIR
- Verifies and closes repair orders
- Review invoices for any possible warranty, parts/service
- Expedite open documentation - invoices, PM sheets, etc
- Scan and attach PM documentation to repair orders
- Maintain files - create new, relabel, reorganize, etc
- Codes and files invoices/repair orders

2. Reporting
- Completes month end reports
- Collects and enters weekly mileages and generate divisional PM status reports
- Updates PM sheets daily
- Inputs weekly divisional meter readings and resolve errors

3. Licensing
- Facilitates annual, new purchase and replacement licenses

4. Other
- Provides back up coverage to Fleet Services during absences
- Pick up and deliver parts/ vehicles as required
- Completes other tasks as assigned by the Fleet Manager

**Requirements**:
**Your Profile**
- You have completed secondary school or equivalent
- Your post-secondary or vocational specific training is an asset
- You have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- You are computer literate in MS Office
- You possess a Clean Criminal record
- You have a minimum full G Ontario Drivers License with a clean drivers abstract
