**Position Overview**:
Are you passionate about helping individuals achieve their employment and community integration goals? As an **Employment Counsellor** in our Newcomers Employment Program, you’ll play a key role in supporting clients through outreach, virtual, and in-person services. By conducting assessments, creating tailored employment action plans, and providing ongoing support, you'll help clients overcome barriers and unlock their full potential. If you're driven, client-focused, and ready to make a meaningful impact, we want you on our team

**Qualifications**:
This role requires the incumbent to undergo a Police Information Check (PIC), and a Vulnerable Sector Check by the Ministry of Justice.
