We are looking for an experienced and passionate Certified SAP Business One professional with excellent technical and communication skills to join our team The SAP Business One Data Administrator will be part of a team responsible for managing, building, maintaining, monitoring and trouble shooting of all SAP B1 Master Data that is fundamental to business processes that touch and influence the Fuzion Flooring customer experience. This individual will be responsible in the validation of all Master data that is processed inside and outside of our SAP Business One system. This position will work closely with Business Process Key Users and everyday users of these systems to execute data creation and maintenance processes to meet the expected service and data quality integrity.

**Duties Include**:

- Administration and maintenance of FuzConnect (Fuzion’s Online Customer portal)
- Administration and validation of SAP Business One Master Data (including SAP Cloud CRM)
- Administration and management of customized User defined Fields and User Defined Tables
- Administrator of our FuzNews/Pricing Events
- Strategic Pricing Administration
- Product Private Label Administration
- Rebate Accrual Maintenance and Support
- Sales Commission Maintenance and Support
- SAP B1 Support Training
- Providing support remotely when necessary.
- Create documentation of knowledge sharing of problem resolution and trouble shooting.
- Finance Month-End Processing: CostCenter/Distribution Rules analysis and verification.
- Administration of Dunning Month End Processing
- Validation of ZAP Cloud Reporting and Dashboard Development
- Data Importing and cleansing of SAP Business One MasterData

**Knowledge & Skills Required**
- College/University Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology.
- SAP B1 Certified Consultant or in the process of obtaining certification.
- Minimum 3 years in an SAP Business One Administrator role
- SAP Business One Support and/or ERP Implementation Experience
- Knowledge of Data Transfer Workbench
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Efficient with self awareness, Time management with focus on delivery of solution or Task
- Proficiency in data manipulation languages, including SAP B1 HANA, MS SQL and Crystal Reports
