**JOB SUMMARY**:
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Maintain professionalism and act in a manner consistent with FPI mission and guiding principles
- Follow all Health & Safety programs; actively participate in Health & Safety training with the purpose of gaining knowledge and understanding
- Contribute to a positive work environment focusing on Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate and collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows
- Communicate regularly and effectively with business stakeholders and IT leadership to translate business requirements to project scope and propose new ideas for improving business operations
- Maintain and communicate accurate and up-to-date business documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions
- Analyze existing systems and processes for opportunities to improve usability, stability, security, and functionality.
- Build consensus and facilitate dialog with stakeholders throughout the organization (and external vendors)
- Construct work and process flow charts and diagrams, study system capabilities, and write functional requirements and mockups
- Provide user support for existing business systems and escalate to external support where required.

**QUALIFICATIONS & SPECIFICATIONS**:

- **Abilities/Skills/Knowledge**_
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and business processing skills
- Strong listening & customer-facing consulting skills with the ability to influence, advise, mediate and control scope
- Strong problem-solving, project management and change management skills
- Experience using Epicor 11/Kinetic in a manufacturing environment
- Experience using technologies such as Docuware, Microsoft Office Suite would be an asset
- Must be well-organized with exceptional follow through skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work on and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work well independently and in a team environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with persons at all levels.
- Must possess superior time management skills (including multi-tasking) in a fast-paced environment
- **Education/Training**_
- College Diploma or post-secondary education in Computer Sciences/Information Technology; or minimum of five (5) years related experience and/or training; or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Developing requirements documents

- 5+ years experience supporting the Epicor ERP 11/Kinetic in a Manufacturing environment
- Good grasp of accounting systems, business processes, systems analysis, and design methods
