Business Systems Analyst

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**

**System Analysis & Documentation**
- Provide Tier 1 Customer Service Support for all Business Applications, including but not limited to, Information Technology (IT), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Warehouse Management System (WMS), Electronic Quality Management System (EQMS) and Financial Management Information Systems (FMIS) within Service Level Agreement to the different Business Partners in Pure Sunfarms
- Coordinate Tier 2 Level Support with other members of the Technology Team and external partners to bring the issue to resolution when needed
- Flex between Tier 1 Customer Service Support and System Enhancements in a seamlessly manner
- Develop and implement system enhancements and requests that aligns with operational and systemic best practices

**Collaboration**
- Assist with testing software updates and new module implementations
- Support ongoing operations and maintenance of Business Applications
- Participate in change and advisory management of technology solutions
- Become a go-to person for Business Application support and/or potential issues
- Ensure delivery and management of technology solutions for stakeholders are done accurately to support day to day operations execution

**Solution Design**
- Support with the evaluation of build vs buy options, and make recommendations based on the organization’s goals, budget and technical constrains
- Participate in streamlining business processes standard methodologies and training to ensure system users understand how to use various systems for optimal operation performance

**OTHER DUTIES**

At Pure Sunfarms, we are all growers at heart. Our plants and processes require in-person care and attention to ensure we’re bringing the best our plants and people have to offer to our consumers. This means other duties may arise since we work together to ensure we support all business activities - seed to sale.

This role is on-site, which requires you to work in Pure Sunfarms facility at all times in an operating role or directly supporting operations.

We already know you are passionate about Business Solutions best practices, but we want to know more about your story and experiences. You're good at the following:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such Business Administrator, Computer Science or Information Systems
- Minimum 1 year of direct related experience as Business Systems Analyst
- Robust understanding and experience in Business Systems Applications such IT, ERP, WMS, EQMS and/or others relevant to the industry
- Experience with IT ticketing systems (Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence is an asset)
- Relevant hands-on experience with system, testing and quality assurance processes
- Knowledge in reporting, integrations and master data is preferred
- Familiarity with various technology platforms and their software development methodologies and lifecycle
- Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation techniques
- Demonstrated ability to integrate strategic thinking with tactical activities
- Highly articulate, strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative working style
- Strong problem-solving abilities

- Must have the ability to obtain and pass a RCMP Criminal Record Check and maintain security clearance.
