**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing the customer experience.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.
- Stay updated on new technology trends and products to provide informed recommendations.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with cash handling practices and point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- A proactive approach to learning about new products and technologies is essential for success in this role.
