**Job description**

The Winnipeg Kinsmen is a non-profit organization that provides resources and support to Manitobans and their communities to support their greatest need. We provide funding to non-profits and charitable organizations through fundraisers like our Kinsmen Jackpot Bingo and Kin Kar Raffle. The Winnipeg Kinsmen is looking for a warehouse Order Picker / packer / delivery driver. This position reports to the Production Supervisor.

**General Duties**:

- Picking and packing Bingo cards orders as required, with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
- Stocking items within warehouse, ensuring items are placed in the correct locations.
- Package and label items for shipment.
- Load and unload materials and products from trucks or containers.
- Delivering customer orders and making pickups according to route and time schedules.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Essential Qualifications**:

- High school diploma and/or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting picking and packing orders an asset.
- Experience working in teams dealing with both internal and external customers.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time.
- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication
- Basic technology and computer skills.
- Must possess a valid Manitoba Class 5 F driver’s License with A clear drivers abstract.

Please note that this position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets. Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work well within a team are essential.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $15.30 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
