_Softmoc Eaton Center is seeking an experienced _**STOCK**_ _clerk _

**START DATE: ASAP**

STOCK CLERK;
Are you **energetic** and need **physical** work?
Do you have a very good sense of **organization**?

The position starts at 15+ hrs per week during delivery days from Monday to Friday

*Involves heavy lifting.

Primary responsibilities:

- Accept delivered packages and ensure proper amount is inside.
- Unload merchandise.
- Mark items with identifying codes, such as price, stock, or inventory control codes.
- Stock shelves with unpacked items.
- Ensure label is clear and visible.
- Compute price of merchandise.
- Prepare merchandise for shipment.
- Replenish inventory.
- Work with salespeople on inventory and orders
- Organize & clean backstore when needed.

The stock associate maintains an orderly department stock room, executes stock movement requests and provides stock assistance to the selling floor.

You will be expected to meet daily goals, complete daily tasks, as well as maintain a clean, safe and happy work environment.

**Job Type**:

- MUST WORK Monday-Friday - weekends off
- $15.50/hr
- MUST be available at all times, on a flexible schedule, day/evening
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be very organized & detail oriented
- Must be able to lift heavy boxes (10lbs+)

**START DATE: APRIL 2023**

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Stock clerk: 1 year (preferred)
- Organizational skills: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- French (preferred)
