THE ROLE OF OUR MATERIALS CLERK Our counter clerk will act as an advisor to our customers. This proactive person will target needs and suggest the best materials for the job at hand. In addition, she will make sure that the items ordered arrive at the right place at the right time. Responsibilities: Respond to calls relating to windows and building materials; Offer an advisory service to entrepreneurs,self-builders and new clients; Prepare bids; Take orders and send them to suppliers; Confirm delivery dates with the dispatcher and follow up with customers.
