**IT Support Analyst**

**IT Support Analyst**

**Responsibilities**:

- Helpdesk management & support of service requests.
- Replacement, upgrades & repairs of PC’s, software, network equipment, etc.
- Perform configuration of software, OS image deployment etc.
- Administer new user provisioning, access changes and workstation moves.
- Setup and configuration of network and telephony equipment.
- Support change management processes, policies and procedures.
- Coordinate 3rd party support and/or product support on behalf of users.
- Troubleshoot urgent server and/or equipment failures.
- Develop documentation of IT practices and instruction for reference and training.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years demonstrated experience with troubleshooting computer hardware, software and network administration.
- Strong organizational skills and effective communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory.
- Ability to work occasional evenings and/or weekends.
- Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Supporting educational credentials
- Programming and database skills an asset.
