**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise daily store operations and manage staff to ensure optimal performance.
- Train and develop team members in customer service, sales techniques, and store policies.
- Oversee inventory management including purchasing, merchandising, pricing, and cash handling.
- Implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance store visibility.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the recruiting process for new team members.
- Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate record-keeping of employee hours.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects company standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to improve results.
- Collaborate with upper management on budgeting and financial planning.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Experience in recruiting, training & development, and team management.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and manage time efficiently.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks such as bookkeeping.
- Knowledge of merchandising principles, pricing strategies, and marketing techniques.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and budgeting tasks.
